The South Pennines Day Ranger allows travel between Manchester and Leeds via both Huddersfield and Bradford and between Manchester and Sheffield via both Stockport and New Mills Central as well as to Glossop and Hadfield.

You can travel between Leeds and Sheffield via either Huddersfield or Wakefield Kirkgate but NOT on CrossCountry Trains via Wakefield Westgate and as far south as Dronfield but not to Chesterfield.
